The pain caused by rejection after a breakup can be intense. We feel abandoned, anxious, it just simply hurts, a lot.

1) Let go: Don't waste your energy on someone who has left you. You are better off without that person, your heart just doesn't know it yet. There is no use torturing yourself, learn the art of letting go and that will start by cutting contact and blocking communication especially his or her facebook page. Remember: you're no longer interested!

2) Become motivated. The end of one story marks the beginning of another. Develop your resilience by being motivated to find someone new. This resilience will be with you throughout your life and will definitely make you much more attractive.

3) Think about what you have learned. List all the things that are good in your life. Make a list of what is not working and ask yourself why. Are you meeting the wrong people?
